TreeD ASA UV729

TreeD ASA UV729 is a UV resistant filament with properties close to the more well known ABS. It has high impact resistance, high ductile strength and a high glass transition temperature.

Compared to typical ABS it has a higher chemical resistance, higher UV resistance and a slightly higher temperature resistance.

What to expect of this?

• High impact resistance
  
• High ductile strength
• High glass transition temperature
• High UV resistance
• Less fumes than ABS (still releases fumes!)

How to print?

• Preferably enclosed or at least shielded from drafts
• 245 - 265°C Nozzle
• 80 - 110°C Bed
• Reduce cooling and raise your chamber temperature to increase layer bonding
  

Safety instructions

• ASA releases fumes when printing, including Styrene
  
• Use in well ventilated areas, don't breathe in fumes
• Keep away from children
  
• Not suitable for noodle salad
