Full BOM kit for the Turtleneck Pro toolhead buffer.

Toolhead buffers enable lane based or "Type B mmu's" To function without the use of servos. With the "AFC" python module for Klipper the Turtleneck offers ~30mm of coasting space and clog/stop detection (Not encoder based).
