The product is made on order every Friday by misumi and it will not immediately be ready to ship. If you have questions regarding the shipping time, please get in touch first because we try to batch these orders together, standard shipping time is around 2-3 weeks.

Custom made on order items cannot be returned unless the product is damaged beyond usability.
